"Sky View Observatory" in Dubai. Dubai is known for its iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, and the Dubai Mall, but I don't have information about a specific observatory under that name.

However, Dubai does have several observation decks and viewpoints where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city. The most famous one is the observation deck on the 148th floor of the Burj Khalifa, known as the "At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY." It offers breathtaking views of the city and surrounding areas.

Please note that new attractions and developments are continually being introduced in Dubai, so it's always a good idea to check for the latest updates and information about any new observatories or viewpoints that may have been introduced since my knowledge cutoff.
