AGREEMENT INFORMATION

• If you do not have prior agreement to the rent weekly or monthly rate will be calculated daily price
• In the Event of any accident and the tenant emitter of the incident will be obliged to pay an amount of (AED) rent plus the number of days the car stay in the grange for repair and if it affected only pays rent the car number of days of stay in the garage.
• Tenant Pays for each violation receives 50 AED admin+ other Government fees.
• Sailk/Toll Crossing- 5 AED Per Crossing
• Rental Period is a Minium of two(2) days
• All Cars have GPS and Speed tracker Fixed in them,
• You agree that if you over Speed 20Km more than allowed road Speed, Contract will be considered as Cancelled, we will take car from you and no refund.
• Vehicle Washing Charge 50 AED.
• Desert/Restricted area  driving is NOT ALLOWED-AED 5000 fine and all damage cost
• Race tracking is NOT ALLOWED –AED 5000 fine and all damage cost.
• Smoking is NOT ALLOWED-AED 500 fine and all damage cost.
• For returned cars 2hrs later from the time due additional charge of I day
• We are not responsible for any item left inside the vehicle after pick up.
• If you wish to return car before contract period ends no refunds will be granted.
